This week I am thankful for:
* this vegan, nut free, grain free, sugar free apple pie that my husband has made me twice(!!) while I'm on a very strict food sensitivity diet.
* the sunny days that we've been having (this week's forecast - rain!)
* the gorgeous colours of autumn

I believe this pie only contains: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, apples and dates so your daughter could eat it!

That looks delicious! I am thankful for the pot belly stove getting installed in my living room this weekend. We are planning on getting lots of good use out of it this winter.
