Welcome to week #13 of my tangle challenge!
Today's challenge is a style that I have seen a lot of on Pinterest
and something that I have wanted to try for some time -
tangling in a circle.

There are several ways to approach this, so for this challenge
I have included a couple of guidelines to keep the theme consistent:

~ Only one circle may be used as your outline.
~ You may draw a string within the circle or
create a zendala but the tangles must stay within the circle.
~ The tangles you use are up to you!
Have fun!

    1. Hi Alice,
Glad to have you participate, you work is beautiful!!
Thanks for the Facebook link, I'm not on Facebook myself but I'm thankful for any way to spread the word about my challenge. I have seen a dramatic increase in the amount of traffic coming to the challenge posts lately, so the word is getting out even if they aren't linking up!

    1. Hi Sue,
Yes there is about a 10 second delay after you link up to see your thumbnail. If you don't see it then refresh your page, it will likely show up then. If not, I can always link up photos if you send me the URL.
I love the colours that you used in your circle. I'm always drawn to the blues and greens this time of year!
Hope you will join in next week!

  5. Tried to stay away from a typical mandala with this. Also trying out black paper for the first time. Not sure I love it - but it was a challenge :)

    1. I really like your circle and that you deliberately tried to do something different than the norm. I do that too! What kind of pens did you use on the black paper?

  6. Colette,
Your piece looks great on the coloured paper! I like the clean tangles that you chose as well, simply beautiful!

  7. Kia,
I really like the tangles that you chose for your circle. I love the tangles that wrap around the edge like Coil, must try that one in my next zendala. Thanks for sharing your work!

Welcome! I am totally impressed with how many tangles you have used in your circle without it looking too busy. Well done!

    1. Very nice Leslie!
I enjoyed looking at all of your "catch up" challenges as well. (your pie is fantastic!)
The first thing I saw in your circle was the yin/yang-like symbol which I believe you called Roids, it's a great "string" for a circle!
Thanks for linking up, hope to see you next week!

  11. Emilia and Kristen you have made my day!
These drawings are spectacular! I can't wait to show my children your zendala Emilia! The glittery pens are so fun on the black paper. I hope you will continue to share your drawings with us!
