Join us on our morning walk...
We let the water lead us down the mountain...
...through the forest we followed the sounds...
...sometimes rushing loudly and sometimes trickling softly.
The path led us past giant stumps...
...and over man made bridges.
We spotted signs of Spring along the way...
...new buds and green shoots.
Until, like water often does, it led us to the ocean...
...to a quiet inlet where the kid's explored in their own ways,
the beauty of nature around them.

...bits from the past that linger...
...and turn into stories of lost ships at sea.
We revisited the friends that have been taking cover
in the forest through the winter...
