I'm back after a lovely time away with my family!
We traveled all around our province and was amazed how much of it is untouched by humans.
It truly is "Super Natural British Columbia"!
I find nature so inspiring to the creative mind!
We stopped at several small town art galleries brimming with the most amazing artwork.
Everything from paintings, sculpture, copper jewelry, woodworking, pottery, glasswork, fibreart and so much more.
Many shared a common theme -  nature's beauty!

Coincidentally today is a holiday known as B.C. Day so I'm looking through all of what you have been creating while I've been gone, it's such a treat!

This week on the Alphabet Monotangle Challenge
we're up to the letter I.
Let's try an
Inapod monotangle
(a monotangle is drawn using only 1 tangle pattern)

  1. I am glad you enjoyed your holiday, that photo makes it look fantastic. I love touring around the more remote spots of the countryside too. The arts and crafts that can be found are amazing. The only trouble is my purse never stretches as far as I would like it too. I must have good taste because all the ones I absolutely love are generally the most expensive in the shop :-) I always feel so bad because I would really like to buy quite a few items just to support the artist, oh to win the lottery.

  2. Monotangeling is so good! I like the Inapod-challenge. The pattern has many possibilities!

  3. Thanks for this challenge, Joey! I ultimately added stripes to my pods to create a bit more drama! The stringy line running through was an "oops" which turned into curlicues. My peas are now string beans!

  4. I'm back! I have some catching up to do. Tonight I am posting in F, G, H, and I! Yes... FOUR WEEKS. But at least I'm caught up now and waiting for the new one.
